apparently, we’ll never know, even if he/she is the WSJ’s lawyer of the year
this whole suffering lawyer thing is really quite bizarre. things really were different when I was in law school. we all felt so powerful then. the circumstances were different for us then than they seem to be for a lot of the sufferers now - the new grads who feel resigned to doc review and working as paralegals. that said, my brother just got a great job that he’s really excited about. it’s a good turn. maybe Lee should be lawyer of the year.
